We make everything as easy as possible for you! We take care of the complicated aspects of filing a petition with the court and gathering supporting documents. For the few documents we need from you, we’ll walk you through every step.

Step 1: Sign Paperwork
We’ll provide you with the documents that allow us to represent you with the court. All you need to do is sign and provide a copy of your ID, so the court can verify we’re legitimately working with you. For documents that need to be notarized, we can arrange a mobile notary for added convenience!

Step 2: Mail the Docs
Return the documents back to us via mail in the provided pre-paid envelope. For businesses or inheritances we can help gather supporting documents from relevant agencies.

Step 3: Cash Your Money
Once the court releases your funds, we will mail you a check, send an e-transfer, or wire the funds! We will keep you informed of timelines from the court as we go through the process. Easy-peasy!
